After a holiday trip to Hokkaido 🧚♂, I became Mr. 🧚♂ and drank for the first time in a long time. I chose the local sake Takaten and Emi Special.
Unlike the typical female master brewer's taste, the current master brewer seems to have retained the local Takaten flavor, for better or worse.
It also has a slight sweetness, but it is very dry. It has a slightly bitter taste and a clear sharpness.
It has a sense of body, but it is not too heavy and can be drunk easily. If served cold, it can be drunk crisply on a hot day and will not interfere with a meal.
