After my trip to Kanazawa, I feel much more familiar with Ishikawa sake 🍶.
I've been into drinking too much lately because I'm into drinking umeboshi 💦 and I went to the liquor store because they ran out of stock... so I got something low alcohol and modern ✨.
It has a lactic aroma and acidity with a gentle umami ☺️ and a slight effervescence that makes it refreshing and dangerous to drink 🤩.
It's similar to Modern Sentori, but maybe this one is fuller 🤔 whatever it is, it's delicious 💕
I thought I had a lull in my Sake fever after drinking a bottle of Jyushiyo on my birthday, but now it's back with Ume-boshi... 😱.
I have more brands to chase after 🤣.
