I will drop a second one this evening.
It is Garakudai from Tenryohai Shuzo in Sado, Niigata 💁.
The specs are undisclosed except for the alcohol content of 14% and the junmai production, but it seems that the sake rice used is Ipponshime.
The aroma is citrusy and acidic.
The taste is also like a modern innocent, with a good balance of citrus and sweetness, and it is easy to drink. Gagakuyo is evolving 💮.
