Kumakichi
A sake brewery that uses a unique brewing method in which classical music is played while the mash is fermenting.
C" was brewed by playing Mozart's piano sonata K330 in C major/Cdur.
I had read about it in a magazine article, but I had never tasted it before!
I immediately tried it and found it to be a pleasant bottle with a sharp sharpness while enjoying a robust umami flavor.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (75% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 25% Yamadanishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 17%.
