Orfevre
Yamazan is somewhat of a first for me when drinking at home.
Purchased at Koyama Shoten, a sacred place in the Kanto region after a long time since my last visit
The ginjo aroma has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of blue bananas.
Slightly gassy and thick on the palate, with a rich rice flavor and sweetness reminiscent of white grapes, and a lingering sourness and bitterness that makes it a very drinkable cup!

Good morning, Orfevre!
I just got Yamazan's Kinmonniki the other day and am looking forward to this sake 😋.
It's my first time to drink Kinmonniki sake too, so I'm looking forward to reading your review and seeing how well balanced it is 🤤.

Good morning, ma-ki-san!
You don't see Kinmon-nishiki sake that often, do you?
Please enjoy your first Kinmon-Nishiki!
