I went on a one-day trip to a hot spring in Wakayama.
Since I was there, I had a drink at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) near the station.
The bonito in Wakayama is delicious! Mochi bonito in early spring is also good, but the fat from the returning bonito goes well with sake.
Taiheiyo is a big-boned sake that goes well with heated sake.
The Yamahai was wonderful.
I think it's been a while since I've had a Yamahai.
It's good to go out for a drink once in a while.
