One of my favorite sake in my hometown Fukushima, Yamanoi.
It really had a nice aroma👍.
This time, the Yamada Nishiki rice, the water, and the location (Aizu Sake Brewery) all came from Aizu. Now we have no choice but to eat the Aizu horse sashimi with a firm spicy miso sauce!
This was really great as a food sake or for chill time after a bath!
