After a week of rage, I've had time to give the alcohol that has been accumulating: 😮💨
After the last Banshu Ikkyo, I had a drink at another sake shop, Zenkichi, which is often seen at Sake-no-wa these days. I was curious about it and was wondering if I should buy it, so it was a great opportunity for me: ‼️
Well, it was drier than I expected. It has sweetness, freshness and sweetness that can only be found in nama-shu, but it somehow finishes crisp and clean. I can see why everyone says it is delicious.
I would love to have a bottle of this at home and drink a glass every night 😊💕.
