What a pleasantly refreshing feeling.
Not sharp or anything, but really soooo sharp.
I like the bitterness of the Japanese nightshade, but I don't feel it that much.
I wonder if the bitterness was suppressed for a summer sake?
I don't know. It's really refreshing and delicious.
