I've seen more and more packaged liquors costing over 2,500 yen. I don't think they were that expensive. It has been a while since I have had it, so I am looking forward to drinking it.
However, I was going to drink it carefully later, but I accidentally opened the bottle by mistake with Sawaya-Matsumoto, which I opened the day before! LOL!
Let's switch over and compare beautiful sake while feeling depressed ahhh! (Yakkesho)
Sawaya Matsumo is beautiful as well as this one...enchanting transparency. This one has a stronger sweetness. It is not so much a problem for me because of its elegance. Maybe there are many things I can notice only because I compared them like this! (Positive)
I'm not bored at all with all the beautiful sake I've been drinking lately! Maybe it's a reaction to the nigori sake craze I had until last year, but the clear sake tastes so good...
It's not very sharp, but it's relatively refreshing in contrast to the sweetness. It doesn't leave much of a residue. I remember Shinshu Kamerei was like this when it was good.
It's been a long time since I've tasted it, but I was still impressed by its great taste!
