I wasn't expecting much since I bought it as part of a sake tasting set, but it's been a long time since I've had a hit!
It has a subtle ginjo aroma. The degree of sweetness and spiciness was to my liking, and it was not too much on either side. And there is no bitterness at all.
It doesn't taste like rice, but that's OK because it's my favorite.
I feel like drinking this sake will restore my HP. I must buy a bottle next time.
