The aroma is floral and fruity, or really flowery and fresh.
When you put it in your mouth, a firm sweetness spreads first. But there is not that much aroma that goes into the nose from there, and it goes down the throat gently, kind of like water. It may be a good sake because it is easy to drink, but my preference would be for a more robust sake.

Thanks for your comment!
Minamiaizu is nice, isn't it? I have good memories of drinking a set of Minamiaizu sake popular among locals, which I drank when I stayed at Ouchi-juku!
