しんしんSY
Following the previous day's Sake-no-wa Happy Birthday Party, we were invited to a night party in Asakusa!
This is the second meeting to enjoy Japanese sake started by three of my best friends from college.
The first meeting was at a Yakitori restaurant in Hatsudai!
This time we visited a very popular restaurant that has only been open for a short time!
Asakusa Yohana
I'm sorry for the long introduction, but this restaurant always has 15 kinds of Saga Sake and the rest are from other regions!
If it's Saga, start with this one, Koei Kiku!
What do they have?
Tsukikage kamenoo, naturally brewed with lactic acid bacteria!
According to the proprietress, it has been a little while since the bottle was opened, so it is blossoming nicely!
This is the third time this season for Tsukikage KAMENOO!
As she said, it has a nice taste, sweetness, and good saltiness!
Two of my friends were accompanied by their first Koei Kiku, making their debut!
Let's drink mainly Saga sake tonight!
knowledge
Mild green apple aroma.
Pitchy fresh fruitiness is followed by gentle lactic acidity and full-bodied sweetness, with citrus acidity providing a nice finish.
After opening the bottle, the sweetness increases further, so please enjoy the changes over time.
