It's been a long time since I've had a beer, so it's been a long time since I've had a sake, and this is Shinshu Kamerei.
Since I can't raise the effort to get it, I decided not to pursue it unless I happen to see it at a store. So I am super happy when I find it.
Well, the aroma is very gorgeous as usual. Apples and pineapple. A little bit of gasiness.
Sweetness is quite strong. The acidity is crisp. Sweetness is more prominent than acidity.
After the acidity, the bitter taste comes out quickly and finishes.
After drinking it for a while, the sweetness is quite noticeable, but it goes well with salty grilled fish. However, I think it is gradually becoming less and less compatible with my personal taste.
