My wife, who does not drink alcohol, bought this for me as a gift! She said it was a recommendation from the liquor store, but reading the label on the back, etc., it looks like a summer sake, so I wonder if they recommended the unsold one? I wonder.
But good sake should taste good regardless of whether it is summer or winter, so I will drink it with high expectations!
When I drank it, it had a melon or melon-like aroma. It has a fresh and refreshing flavor. There is also a sense of minerality. The taste is clean and free of any impurities, and it is very "Midorikawa". The astringency and acidity come in gently at the end, and the crispness of the sake makes it easy to drink.
Some websites recommend heating it lukewarm, so I tried it.

The picture on the label says it was made in 25.10, so I guess it's a late summer sake 🧐.
But it's nice to have a souvenir sake 🍶 for your wife who can't drink 🤗It's going to be a nice addition to her taste buds!
