This is the fourth new R3BY sake in the Reborn series. This sake is bottled immediately after pressing the mash to lock in the freshness that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can offer. The aroma is different from the previous releases, with a hint of aroma reminiscent of grapes and plums. It is a modern, modern tasting sake with a fruity, beautiful sweetness pushed to the forefront and wrapped in a good amount of bright acidity.
