The last third drink at Seasonal Cuisine Saisai was a first time brewer, Kawamura Shuzojo's Toyo Otokoyama!
This time it was Junmai Genshu!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma!
In the mouth, it is sweet and sour with a fresh impression.
The bitterness spreads to the back of the throat, so it has a good balance.
The umami and sweetness spread in a good way, and the pungency and bitterness take over the aftertaste, which is irresistible!
The last night of our trip to Yamaguchi, we had a great dinner and drinks, and it was a pleasant memory of our first trip as a couple in a long time!

ma-ki-, excuse me too ๐.
Toyo Otokoyama, I know there are several Otokoyama but this is my first time to know about Toyo ๐ณ.
Despite my impression, it's a sweet and sour ๐ฅฐ sake that makes me curious ๐.
