When I went by to buy a snowman, the owner of the liquor store recommended that if you like snowmen, you can get a Koch.
I thought that was a good idea, so I went to the liquor store on the day it came in.
Everyone is very high on Twitter, Instagram, and Sake-no-Wa.
Expectations are soaring.
Open the bottle.
Nigori sake is first of all the topping off.
Rustic yet beautiful sweetness.
Milky and grainy a bit at this point.
The sweetness is stronger than the snowman.
The dryness on the back end is the common denominator.
Delicious.
It has lightly exceeded my expectations.
Mix the lees.
I didn't feel it too much earlier, but it's just a bit of sizzling and spilling out.
Oh.
It's good.
As expected, the milky and grainy texture is amplified.
The graininess of the rice on the tongue is almost palpable.
The sweetness is still evident and assertive, but it hasn't lost its dryness.
It's wonderfully delicious all the way through.
Terribly well done.
