あーくんToday I completed my first race of the season, the Setagaya 246 Half Marathon. As a reward for not being able to beat my personal best, I opened a bottle of Jikin, which I won in a lucky draw the other day, while the sun was shining.
I got the impression that the beautiful sweetness typical of Jikin prevailed over the complexity of the sake. I think the pleasant tiredness from running a half-marathon and the end of my abstinence from alcohol have further enhanced the flavor.
