The second drink at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Souei Shuzo's Souei Shin Junmai-shu.
The label says it is a Tochigi Prefecture sake.
This is probably the first sake from the brewery I have ever tasted.
First, the aroma. There is no particular aroma.
In the mouth, you can feel a refreshing spiciness.
And while it has a smooth mouthfeel that is uncharacteristic of junmai sake, it also has a complex flavor that is unique to junmai sake and is very delicious.

Hi, ma-ki-chan 😃
Flying yakitori shop😄You say you don't have one, but you have a good selection 🤗Soho is a sake that almost 90% of the brew is consumed in Tochigi prefecture 😊I'm glad you're drinking it in Osaka 🍶.
Love Tochigi🥰!

Hi ma-ki-, ☀️
Looks delicious ☺️ I bought this one the other day after a recommendation from a liquor store, so I'm looking forward to it 🙌 A friend of mine in Tochigi said that Soyo is popular among the people in the prefecture (around him) 🍶✨.

Thanks for your comment, Jay & Nobby.
Oh that was a rare sake to find outside of Tochigi Prefecture 😲.
Thanks once again to the owner for allowing us to drink such a precious sake ✨.

Thanks for your comment, Kotaro.
If you like the prefecture, you can't go wrong with this sake after all. ⤴️
I felt it's a perfect junmai sake for summer that can be drunk crispy 😊.
I look forward to your posts 🎵
