Fusozuru's Junmai Ginjo "Sakanishiki". Sakanishiki.
When we drank it at Otsuka last October, the waiter recommended this sake and commented that it "can be drunk forever."
It has moderate coloration, maturity, and fragrance, but has a gentle flavor for a Sanin sake.
This is a sake to keep on hand.
