I bought this at the Miwa Denso Kura (Miwa Sake Brewery) of the Imanishi Sake Brewery, which is located on the approach to the Ojinja Shrine on a hot spring trip my friends and I took this month. ✨️

Slightly umami aroma, clear mouthfeel, high umami, banana-like aroma through the nose, and a sweet mineral aftertaste.

The aroma is clear with a sense of umami, and the mouthfeel is smooth with a high level of penetrating umami, followed by a gentle kick and a lingering finish.
Wow! This is it! This is 😋!
This is a bottle that has the potential to be included in the lineup of [2025, Bottle of the Year]!
The mild, clean flavor that doesn't go all the way to sweetness is what I'm personally into 🤩.
The fourth picture is the "egg and pork cutlet bowl" at Menbou Tsurutsuru, which I went to eat for lunch that day.
This Katsu-don features sauce mixed in with the egg and soup stock, and is said to have been the centerpiece of a former department store 🤔.
Ichiro18 likes Katsudon (pork cutlet bowl), so I'll introduce him to a slightly different type of Katsudon!
