There is no label description, but according to the social networking site of the liquor store where I bought it, it is unfiltered and unpasteurized. It's light and has a refreshing feeling like a summer sake. It's not too dry, but it's light and easy to drink, and I think it's a versatile type of sake that goes well with meals.
