宮泉純米吟醸 福乃香 火入
酔nosuke
The Fukunoka that was shipped in April was a nama-shu, but this time it is a fiery version.
Compared to the nama-shu, this version has more sourness and bitterness, giving it a slightly dry impression. I guess it is made for summer so that it can be drunk refreshingly on hot days.
The Hiiri version is not bad, but I personally prefer the fresh, soft, sweet and sour taste of the Nama-Shu version.
