First, the new sake......... 😄😄 I felt a faint sense of gas, and for a moment It was a little gassy and tightened up for a moment, but it It flowed beautifully. It's a little sweet, but not too sweet. The sweetness was light and the freshness I could tell. 😂 Both new and aged sake are made exactly the same way I'm not sure if I can tell the difference or not, but I'd like to enjoy it 🤭. I will enjoy it, whether I can tell the difference or not 🤭.
