The second drink at my old favorite sushi restaurant was Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo by Hakkai Jyozo.
I often had this sake when I was in my 20s.
First, the aroma. This one does not have much of an aroma.
It has a smooth taste in the mouth, and compared to Kurehaaru, the bitterness is more impressive.
However, in the bitterness, there is also a hint of sweetness, and it is a tasty sake that does not get tired of being drunk and does not interfere with meals.
After the third glass, we had more Wu Chun and enjoyed the last night of our excursion to the fullest 😊.
