Purchased at the sake department of Keio Department Store, Shinjuku.
Designed to resemble a Keio Electric Railway car bound for Takaoyamaguchi.
The sake rice is Hitogokochi and Kinuhikari, both produced in Hachioji, Tokyo.
Maihime is a sake that I had a rather good impression of, having had Midoro-I had a taste of it before.
It has a refined taste, and gives the impression of being a Shinshu sake.
It has a good aroma and taste.
When I went on a trip to Suwa in Shinshu before the Corona disaster, I thought it was close to the Masumi brewery.
