Hatsu no Aizu Homare Karahashi
Purchased at Abehachi Sake Shop, together with "Jyosu Mori
The aroma is a clear and delicate ginjo aroma.
When you take a sip
A perfect balance of gentle sweetness and umami.
After that, the sweetness disappears and only the umami remains.
At the end of the sip, it ends with a slight bitterness and a dry taste.
The sweetness is not that big of a deal.
I think it goes well with meals.
However
Fukushima's sake
I've never been disappointed.
I'm impressed!
