Last Friday at a work-related drinking party. I didn't write it down at all, but I checked in with the one brand that left the biggest impression on me. Kikyuusen's Ginkan. Kikusen is the aluzoe line of Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori Prefecture, which brews tazake (rice wine). That should be delicious. ☺️ I didn't write it down, so my memory is sketchy, but the appearance is clear crystal. The aroma is pleasantly clean with a fresh red apple aroma. ☺️ The taste is also fresh and vivid, with a hint of apple in the nose, and a fresh spread of apple-like sweetness and acidity that gives it a clean and crisp sensation. It is supposed to be the lowest-priced sake among Nishida's sake products, but perhaps because it has been a while since I have tasted Nishida's sake, I found it to be very delicious. There is no mention of the sake rice, but according to information on the Internet, the sake rice is Hanabukiyuki. Hanabukiyuki is Aomori Prefecture's sake rice, cultivated in 1985. It has large grains but a large heart white, so it is not suitable for high refining and is considered suitable for junmai sake. Kikusen Ginkan, however, is still a ginjo-zukuri, brewed with rice polished to 55% and brewing alcohol added. We drank many others, but the Instrument and Akabu were quintessential: ☺️ Thanks for the food 🍶.

Good evening, chika 😃. The all-you-can-drink course was an exceptional deal, with about 20 types of local sake available for an additional 1000 yen. The other sakes included Kaze no Mori, Kutouryu, Tengu Mai, Bakuren, Kido, etc. It was quite a lineup 🍶.

Hi Aladdin 😀 I'm impressed that you can input such a large amount of information, even if it's only one brand without notes😇. I can only tell you what I drank that was most to my liking... 🤣.

Good evening, Yasubeyesan 😃. I decided to only remember my impressions of Kikusen because the taste of Kikusen was the most impressive for now and I'll check in later 😅I'll get to the sake rice and other information later 😅.
