I prayed silently for 3.11, but I had completely forgotten about it at night. I realized & reflected that this is how memories fade away.
After reading your post, I will have a bottle of Akabu. There were also Yamadanishiki and Aiyama, but I decided to go with Yunokou, which is Iwate's sake rice.
It's a little pitchy. The sweetness was all over the place but slowly the bitter acidity spread.
It is delicious.
I bow to the efforts of the people in Tohoku.
