It has a fruity flavor with a sense of transparency that is typical of daiginjos.
It has a strong sweetness, but it is well balanced with the acidity and smoothly cohesive.
It has a clean and crisp taste that goes down your throat nicely.
A modern sake. It can be drunk like a light wine.
4/5 stars for my taste.
