First time drinking at home, since I drank at the first offline meeting I attended 2 years ago.
I wonder if it's a summer sake made with Ginga, so it's a summer Ginga?
It's got a nice, tangy, gassy, slightly fruity, rummy flavor. Overall, it's pretty dry but easy to drink like a fruity dry sake.
After a while after opening it, the taste becomes more pungent and a little hard to drink for me.
