It's been a while since I've had "Ona"! I bought it because I was attracted by the pink label and nigori sake... when I saw it at a sake shop👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was citrusy with a hint of grapefruit. The standing aroma is more subdued and thicker than that of the previous "Yukidaruma".
The mouthfeel is smooth, clean and gaseous like a clear stream, and the sweetness is moderate.
I had an image that "Tokujun" nigori would be gorgeous and have a sweet taste, but on the contrary, it is dry and I have the impression that it will be fully used as a food sake.
When stirred, the mellowness of the unrefined sake is added and the flavor is deepened. It is sharp and dry, but it also has a melon-like sweetness that is a good balance of umami and freshness ✨.
It is not as sweet and crisp as expected, but it has a character that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it, and you will find yourself sipping it again and again.
I'm sure you'll get addicted to the light nigori sake as well!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I was looking forward to opening it and I've saved it well 🤤.
It's a nigori sake, but it's so refreshing and versatile! It's a combination of Ona and Ihyakumangoku ✨.

Good morning, stst 🌈I've been wanting to drink this Ona too, but haven't seen it on sale 😭I see it's a refreshing fluty ⁉️, which is definitely my favorite type of fluty 💦.

Good evening, good mr.
As you said, it's a refreshing and fluty gem👍.
It's not nigori, but it's a regular product, but it tastes similar to Jungin, which is also made from Gohyakumangoku, so I recommend that one too ✨.
