I opened the bottle on Sunday when I came home from seeing the cherry blossoms.
I had it last year at this time of the year, but I think it tastes better this year.
It's a delicious sake with clarity and umami.
I already got the green one and would like to try the purple and sky one.
By the way, I gave my neighbor a bottle of Tsukiyoshi red fire-brewed as a return gift for Tateyama, and she highly appreciated how refreshing and delicious it was👍.
