A little luxury year-end party✨✨ Wine and sake pairing course to match the dishes. Served with the Kabako crab bun was an old Tasake sake, 1999BY😳. It seems to be well preserved and has a clear flavor that doesn't taste like old sake. But. The gorgeous aroma and long aftertaste that comes through to the nose is the matured feeling of old sake. I can't describe this deliciousness due to lack of vocabulary. Anyway, it was delicious ✨
