[The next drink I had was a brand of cold sake that I had not yet drunk. Kamotsuru Ginjo Murasaki. Fruity and sweet rice aroma, fresh and gentle on the palate with a clean sweet umami, followed by a clean and sweet aftertaste. The third picture shows the heating area at the restaurant and a four-door barrel of "Kamotsuru Barrel Sake". The fourth picture is the last dish [oyster gratin] 🥄.

Hi Jive, good evening😊. Kamikaku, they sell it at Bic Camera, but there are so many varieties that I'm not sure which one is the best 😅. I heard it's fruity so I'll try it when I see it 😁.

Hi, Matsuchiyo-san! [I was surprised to find out that the only sake from Aichi is "Kamotsuru", which is a limited-time-only sake 😅. However, the atmosphere and interesting system of the izakaya is worth experiencing ✨ if you visit Nagoya again!
