It's a good feeling ≧∇≦)b The name is derived from "nishiki koujou zoehana" (meaning to add a more beautiful flower on top of the beautiful nishiki). The name "Nishikiage Soehana" means "to add a more beautiful flower on top of a beautiful brocade. Sakekomachi with nadeshiko yeast: ❣️ The aroma is mildly pear-like 😆. Slightly fizzy and slightly bubbly, with a beautiful sweetness 😋 that spreads to a moist mouthfeel. Then, a gentle sourness and bitterness 👍 The aftertaste is a complex intertwining of sweetness and bitterness. I feel it is typical of autumn sake 🎶.
