It flows with an apple-like sweetness and a slight bitterness.
The bitterness mellows out when mixed with the nigori.
I got a bottle of the new sake, but could not drink it because it was a gift to my parents.
With that in mind, I got the light nigori and was able to drink it carefully at home: ❄️
Since the light nigori is this good, I guess the new sake must be even better 💡.
