This is Sogapeel with No.1 yeast 🍶.
It's a bit drier than the one with No.6 yeast 🤔.
But if you drink this one with your eyes closed, it's a very tasty, fruity, acidic, ultra-modern sake like a white wine. ☺️
It's not often that I will be able to compare Sogapère, so I slowly and carefully tasted it (∩ ӣ՞∩).
