A little early for Father's Day from the family 🙌
The "Saku Impression Series" was created through a process of trial and error to see if it would be possible to create a sake that reproduces the fresh aroma and flavor as much as possible, even though it is fire-aged.
☆ Drink it chilled like a textbook.
When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous aroma and a solid alcohol taste.
When you take a sip, the slight carbonation pleasantly stimulates your mouth.
The sweetness as it passes down the throat, as well as the presence that warms the windpipe, is as expected!
By the way, the "G" in "IMPRESSION" means "G/Gen-no-chi.
It is likely to be well-liked by champagne lovers.
