Second bottle of Japanease sake subscription at my parents' house.
The sake rice is "Celebration" which I have never heard of.
This one also has a clean, daiginjo-style mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is gentle and clean. It also has a gentle aroma of rice!
I prefer this one. I like this one better. It seems to go well with everything, even as a food sake.
Thanks to my parents for the food this month 🙏😆.

Celebration is a sake rice produced in Kyoto and is often used for sake in Kyoto 😁, although it is a bit expensive
