This is my favorite sake recently, Kankiku.
It's a sake from Chiba.
I heard that it is very limited.
I thought it was a bit expensive, but
The rice polishing ratio is 29%!
When I heard that, I thought it might be cheap.
Open the bottle!
It's a delicious one from the aroma.
The aroma is sweet, but not too strong.
When you drink it, there is a tingling and fizzing sensation on the tip of your tongue, but it is a very light fizz.
The aroma that spreads in the mouth and through the nose...
Fruity!
The aftertaste is not too long, and it seems to soak in and soak in.
So no Mai is a Chiba sake rice.
Does it taste similar to Yamada Nishiki? Is it?
It's not as sweet as Yamada Nishiki.
Anyway, it's a good one!
The label is always more beautiful than the others, though.

It's nice to meet you, Yuka-chin.
I didn't realize how polished it was until I opened the bottle. It's expensive, but it says "super limited edition" on the bottle, so I figured why not?
Please try it!
