My first time at Niidashi Zenchu Sansan✨!
Weak on the word nigori, I purchased it at Yajima Sake Shop's online store in Chiba!
I was surprised at how thick the nigori was, almost like doburoku or .
I was so surprised at how thick the nigori was 😳
I will start with the top clear liquid!
First of all, the aroma of rice is amazing 🌾.
Even the part of the clear aroma before stirring can be softly smelled with the aroma and taste of rice.
It is not sweet, but has a sour and umami flavor, with a slightly strong bitterness 🤔.
I drank it stirred based on this and it felt like I was drinking a super thick, high strength amazake 😂.
However, I didn't feel much sweetness and the strong umami and bitterness increased the bitter taste, and the cottagey taste was not really to my liking 🤔.
Hmmm, if it was gassy and light like Inabe and Akabe, it would have been a little different 🤔.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, it's more on the dry side 😇.
I guess there is some sweetness but I think it is hidden by the strong aroma and flavor of rice 🤔.
I think mama-san probably won't like it 😅
