It is crisp and seems to be versatile enough to be served with meals.
Aroma, sweetness, spiciness, flavor, and bitterness, nothing is outstanding, but it seems to be well balanced.
I'd rather drink it with something than by itself.
Amaebi (sweet shrimp)
small green onion
shiso leaves
Miso
salt
Sake (rice wine)
Amount as desired
Peel the shells and serve 🎶 after tong tong tong 🎶.
I made amaebi no namerou (sweet shrimp).
The sweetness of the shrimp stands out and goes great with the crispy rice wine!
I made it with the tail head because I went to the trouble of making it lol.

Thank you BEAT-san for all your help.
I've been tapping on the shrimp to relieve stress lol.
I think it would be delicious wrapped in shiso leaves and steamed 💡.
I just had a flash of an idea.
