This is my first time to drink Miyazumi. I opened a bottle of the standard Kochira. I am excited to see what it tastes like 😁It has a fruity taste, but the aroma is subdued. It has a nutty aroma. The color is quite yellow and it has the appearance of a junmai sake 😄.
The actual taste is round, with a great balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity 👍I can really taste the umami especially.
It has a sharpness that comes afterwards and is full of umami, but it doesn't get dull. There is a slight alcohol taste that bothers me, but other than that, there is nothing else to say. ☺️
Aizuwakamatsu sake is great 👍Finally, it has the same number of check-ins as Nagano Prefecture 😁.

Miyazumi Junmai sake looks delicious😍I wonder if it's Miyazumi that has more umami than glamour 🤔.
Nagano and Fukushima both have a lot of good sake so I'll have to check in more 😁.

Good evening, ichiro18 😃I was worried about Yumenoka which you were drinking and bought this one 😅I haven't had Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo so I don't know, but I think 寫楽 is more glamorous.
