It was worth the long train ride and 3km walk from the nearest station 😆.

When I put my nose close to the glass, the aroma was of fruity pineapple🍍.

The aroma is not too bright, but really nice!
In the mouth, sweetness and sourness spreads in a fluffy way.
It's sweet and juicy, but it's a daiginjo after all!
There is no strange, cloying taste, and the sake is beautifully made.
I thought it would have a strong bitter taste,
But it is not like that, and extremely easy to drink!
No wonder it is so popular!
Kameizumi is often mentioned, but Sono Kangiku and Takachiyo are also close in lineage.
It is a very tasty sake, and I am glad I had the chance to try it.
