Purchased on an expedition from Toyama. First time! Yoshida Kurau, which I had been watching with my fingers crossed until now. What's this, first impression, sparkling Aquarius! What a modern taste! It is transparent, mineral, and slightly sparkling, just like the back of the bottle! Pale lactic acidity? No bitterness in the aftertaste, which is common in this type of wine. This, too, in other words, is natural. Excellent! But what should we pair it with? Sake to be tested. Here it comes!
