We opened the bottle of Aizan, which was delivered by Shimizuya in May.
The first sip is sweet, but it has an elegant sweetness that does not linger. It is not flashy, but it is a clear and luxurious sake.
I'm going to open a lot of bottles, conveniently telling myself that I'll recharge my power with delicious sake to get through the hot day😅.
