Long time no post. I have a neck injury and the prescribed medication states that alcohol is strictly forbidden. I still have to take the medicine, but today it's booze, booze, booze! A wild version of Tsuchida 12, which is a strong habit to behold. When poured, it has a pale whiskey-like yellow color. When you drink it, it has a unique aroma that you would expect from Tsuchida. The aroma of aging, vinegar, soy sauce, and so much more... it is so unique. Both sweet and sour are strong to the max. But it is quick and easy to drink. Drinking it by itself, it is a bit harsh, but for some reason, when drunk with a meal, it tastes great. Maybe because it is more like a seasoning (soy sauce, vinegar, mirin...) than a sake, it goes well with rice. This was a new discovery. I learned that pairing is very important.

Good morning, disry😊. I opened the bottle yesterday and was shocked and confused in many ways and immediately corked it 😅. More of a condiment than a drink! I sympathize very much👍. I will try to enjoy the pairing!
