I went to Icoma Sake Shop and they gave me a drink of 11 years old? I was allowed to drink a bottle of Boshimaya 😳.
I think this is the first one I've had that uses #6 yeast 🤔.
It doesn't have that much color and it doesn't have any sense of maturity.
The taste is complex and hard to describe.
I think it's dry at +7, but I don't mind the spiciness.
It's just a normal wine that I enjoyed drinking.
I also had a bottle of Senzuke's ROCK and it was just as good as last year's 😁.
